Tech4Dev is a unique platform for researchers, students, entrepreneurs, innovators, field practitioners, policy makers and private sector professionals to exchange and share ideas on innovative and cost-effective solutions for the Global South.
Launch of the CODEV Development Impact Grants competition
The new Development Impact Grants competition launched in March 2018 challenges EPFL students to identify and develop solutions for real-world social and environmental problems.
Success of the ongoing HelloMask Project
Resulting from a collaboration between the EPFL's EssentialTech program and EMPA in St.Gallen, the HelloMask project is working to create a new type of material that could be used in the development of a transparent medical mask that is unique in its kind.
