Xinyang joins the lab!

Xinyang will work on hydrological projections for hydropower production in the Swiss Alps. Her research interests focus on hydrological modeling, alpine hydrology, groundwater, and climate change. Before joining EPFL, she worked as a scientific researcher at the University of Bern, Switzerland and Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. Dr. Xinyang Fan completed her joint PhD degree between the University of Melbourne, Australia and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany in 2023.
