Workshop on sustainable biocomposites: forward to a circular economy

Biocomposites are of special interest in many different fields of application due to their lightweight potential with their competitive mechanical performance. The use of sustainable materials is becoming more important due to environmental concerns. The inclusion of natural fibers can also result in composites with particular properties and could lead to a reduction in environmental footprints, contributing towards a circular economy. This event aims to present relevant research and developments in this field.
