Until what time is it okay to make noise at home? At 3:20 p.m., Luca Pattaroni, a professor at the Urban Sociology Laboratory, points out that sensitivity to noise varies from person to person. Whether it’s working from home, poor sound insulation, or the inability to escape to a quiet place, noise is also, and often, a social issue.
