What's new in the Absences app

Here are the main updates:

1. End-of-contract simulation on a given date : This feature enables you to accurately calculate the balance in vacation days and hours at an assumed end-of-contract date, irrespective of the contract terms in force.

2. Absences summary by unit: This new report provides unit managers with a statistical view of employee absences, with precise details for each reason for absence. It can be accessed from the “Balances” menu, in the middle of the “Reports” page.

3. Display of comments from absence requests: Comments added in the “notes” field when entering an absence request now appear in the Sesame validation tasks, offering more context or information to approvers.

4. Improved input for recurring absences: Managing recurring absences, especially for illness or accidents, has been optimized to save you time.
