Welcome to Valentina

Valentina has recently joined the lab as a Postdoc, and her research will focus on the dynamics and mechanisms of the horizontal transfer of antibiotic resistance determinants between human gut microbes. When not working in the lab, she can usually be found in the mountains hiking, running or cycling.
