Valentin is an EPFL student in Life Science Engineering and is performing his Master's project in our lab.
"During my master thesis, I will try to understand the mechanism by which gut commensal E. coli ED1a kills neighbouring bacteria. To achieve this, one key experiment will be to perform a screen using a transposon library to identify mutants that no longer kill neighbouring bacteria."
