Welcome Paola Caterina Forino to LQM

Paola Caterina Forino has completed her Master degree in Physics at the University of Bologna with the thesis "Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Study of the Electron Doped Dirac-Mott Insulator Double Perovskite Ba₂Na_1−xCa_xOsO₆". She has started her PhD project on December 2021 in a joint collaboration between DTU and LQM, supervised by Prof. Henrik Rønnøw (EPFL) and Dr. Rasmus Toft-Petersen (DTU). Her research project is focused on unravelling the causes of the colossal spin-lattice coupling in the magnetoelectric compound terbium phosphate, using both x-ray and neutron scattering techniques.
