On Friday, November 25 at 10am in the DIT conference room, don't miss the intervention of Charles Andres, a member of Wikimedia CH.

We search for Google. We find on Wikipedia. So goes the web.

Who publishes the information we find on Wikipedia? Who valids it? How are all theses mysterious editing process ? And if we wished to enhance this wonderful online encyclopedia, how should we do? Is it true that you can't make changes to EPFL information if you're located on EPFL campus?

These are questions you can ask our speaker at our next webmasters conference. Wikipedia is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Without the thousands of active contributors, the online encyclopedia would be nothing. In June 2011, Wikipedia accounted 82,000 participants, including 5,000 for the French version of the site.
