Marilyne Andersen, Head of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Performance-Integrated Design (LIPID), has been invited to present at the upcoming Velux Daylight Symposium, a biannual international conference on the broad subject of daylighting that will take place at our very own Rolex Learning Center at EPFL this year.

She is also involved in the organization of a new networking platform for doctoral students working in this area of research, the Academic Forum. Within this context, she has invited Dr. John Mardaljevic, Reader in Daylight Modelling at De Montfort University, to give a talk on climate-based modelling at the building and urban scales. This lecture is open to all and takes place on Thursday May 5, at 17h30 in room CM 1368 (former La Fontaine library).
