Kudos to Marc and Martin who presented their latest research at the Conference on Complex Systems 2025
CCS is the flagship annual meeting for the complex systems research community, operating within the framework of the Complex Systems Society. This year, the conference was organized within the University of Siena (Italy), in a magnificent Unesco Heritage City.
With two oral presentations, URBES contributed to an exciting session on urban complexity. Marc Duran Sala presented our latest work on scaling intra-urban fluctuations while Martin Hendrick gave a talk on stochastic modeling of urban growth.
