Unraveling epigenetics influence on memory formation in mouse brain
The Bioinformatics Competence Center (BICC) contributed to an exciting study that provided new insights into the role played by epigenetics in memory formation.
Through a successful collaboration with Giulia Santoni (Johannes Gräff's lab), and an in-depth analysis of single-cell multi-omics datasets, the BICC contributed to shedding light on the specific transcriptomics and epigenetics profiles of neurons recruited into the “memory trace”.
