In the work, the authors survey the field of data-driven methods in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, offering to the reader a control engineer perspective of it. Based on the reviewed literature, a list is proposed consisting of desirable features that an ideal, safe and adaptive solution to the control problem would have. It is certainly worth reading!
