Computers and Geotechnics Journal has awarded one of the paper of Prof. L. Laloui and Dr. M. Nuth.

The Editors of Computers and Geotechnics announced the winners of the inaugural Outstanding Paper Awards. Five of these awards are given to those papers which are judged to have made a significant impact on the field of geotechnical engineering. This impact is based on SCOPUS citations (excluding self-citations) for the previous five years (2008 - 2012), in conjunction with the opinion of the Editors. Prof. L. Laloui and Dr. M. Nuth are pleased to get the first position of this ranking thanks to their paper entitled "Advances in modelling hysteretic water retention curve in deformable soils".
