Tobias Herr wins a IOP best thesis award
Dr. Tobias Herr has been chosen by the Quantum Electronics and Photonics (QEP) Group of the Institute of Physics (IOP) for the best 2013 thesis on one of the topics of the Group.
Tobias Herr submitted his thesis "Solitons and dynamics of frequency comb formation in optical microresonators" in September 2013 (EPFL thesis n° 5877) under the direction of prof. Tobias Kippenberg of the Laboratory of Photonics and Quantum Measurements (LPQM1-SB/STI)
