Five ENAC Innovation Seed Grant winners

The first deadlines of ENAC's 2022 Innovation Seed Grant program resulted in 5 new projects across ENAC's Institutes. Each project is awarded with a 20kCHF seed money grant to explore an idea that will contribute to the development of a sustainable innovative solution. Congratulations to all five grantees!

Five ENAC researchers will be supported in the initial development phase of an application, product or service with a real societal impact. Find out more details about the funded projects on our dedicated webpage.

1. CRATER: Creating water in vitro as a by-product of bacteria metabolism - Anna Carratalà (LCE / IIE)

2. REFUGE: Water Shed System - Malcolm Onifadé (ALICE / IA)

3. InSituStreTech: Advanced In-Situ Geo-Stress Estimation Technology - Angelica Tuttolomondo (LMS / IIC)

4. Digital twins of Existing MAsonry structures using Non-Destructive Tests - Savvas Saloustros (EESD / IIC)

5. A reusable slab-column system for sustainable housing -Edisson Xavier Estrella Arcos (SXL / IA)
