Learning Engineering: The Art of Applying Learning Science At Scale
There's much research about how learning can be enhanced by the right kinds of learning experiences. Rather than random walks with technology ("Video is great, right?"), we'll talk about what it means to become "learning engineers": applying learning science at scale. We'll discuss models that recent learning science suggest we can apply to our learning designs, show examples of how this work can make a difference "in the wild", and talk a bit about the actual process of installing "learning engineering" at scale in an organization (its own difficult problem!).
