Improve our work and study environment
On Monday, April 14th, the ENAC diversity office organised a new session of its workshop: "Taking Action: Practicing respect and inclusivity on campus and beyond".
Aimed at doctoral students and postdocs, 13 participants joined this 1h30 workshop led by Eleni Stavropoulou, Minru Wang and Savvas Saloustros.
The aim is to discuss the respect and inclusiveness values at EPFL, get these values into practice by using practical tools and realistic scenarios.
Goals
- Be aware of issues of harassment and inappropriate behavior
- Be aware of the resources at EPFL to support you and your fellow colleagues in the event of discrimination, exclusion and harassment
- Identify occurrences of discrimination, exclusion and harassment
- Know the appropriate response in those instances
