Take part in EPFL accreditation

EPFL has received the accreditation necessary to officially call itself a “university” – a protected title in Switzerland – and receive Swiss federal funding. This is the culmination of a long accreditation process that began in 2018.

The recognition came with one condition, however, that we had to meet within two years: to improve our communications on quality assurance. We implemented several measures to fulfill this condition and to address the issues raised by the Swiss Accreditation Council. It is time to measure their impact.
