Student Services Desk: new schedule

The EPFL “Student Services” desk is the main contact point for all academic queries.
Since May 13th, 2024, the Student Services Desk is available to assist you according to the following schedule:
- In-person and email: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Phone: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The “Student Services” provides the following services:
- Receiving and processing students’ requests by e-mail, phone or in person.
- Immediate response or rerouting to the department in charge according to the nature of your request.
