Silvia Varotto appointed Chargée de Recherche at ENTPE

Dr. Silvia Varotto, postdoc at the Transport and Mobility laboratory, has been appointed as a Chargée de Recherche (assistant professor) in Modelling and Simulation of Mobility Systems and Services at École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'État (ENTPE), France.
Dr. Silvia Varotto has been appointed as Chargée de Recherche in Modelling and Simulation of Mobility Systems and Services at ENTPE in Lyon, France. Silvia has been a postdoc in the Transport and Mobility Laboratory at EPFL since August 2021. She will join the Transport and Traffic Engineering Laboratory - Eco-management of Energy Systems for Transport (LICIT-Eco7) at ENTPE from December 2022. In her new post, she will continue her research into advanced mathematical models that realistically capture the decision making of individuals and can be implemented into simulations to assess the impact of cutting-edge technologies on the transportation system.
