Second Chance Operation: the Library cancels your fines

The Library cancels your fines issued between December 1st and 21th included. This exceptional operation only concerns borrowed documents belonging to the EPFL Library and is subject to certain conditions.
To benefit from this operation, you have to:
• return the overdue book or renew your loan through your user account, if the book has not been booked or if the loan has not reached the 5 possible extensions
• write an email to the address [email protected] and ask for the cancellation of your fines until December 21th, 2018 included.
Fines covered by an invoice already registered in our system will unfortunately not be eligible for the Second Chance Operation.
