Restaurants, mirrors of the inhabitants

Online restaurant data could be used to estimate the socio-economic factors of a neighbourhood. This is the result of research by MIT, which has tested this approach in major Chinese cities. "Heidi News" interviewed Jean-François Lucas, a collaborator of the Laboratory of Urban Sociology at EPFL, on this subject.
