For all information and/or to make an appointment to see a teacher, please note that the Language Centre reception desk will be opened as follows:
From Monday 10 February to Tuesday 18 February 2025 : 10:00 – 13:00
The Language Centre offers different modules:
- Integrated skills - beginner to advanced levels
- Specific skills - with a focus on writing, speaking, pronunciation, etc.
- Preparation to exam modules - TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), C1 Advanced in independent learning, C2 Proficiency in independent learning
- Guided autonomy - Tutor-guided private study in the Multimedia Centre (EMA)
- Independent learning - Tandem, e-Tandem
For modules in Chinese, Spanish, Russian and Swiss German, please consult the UNIL Language Centre.
For EPFL employees, please consult our fees and conditions on our website. Validation of authorisations is done electronically and is mandatory before the end of the registration deadline, i.e. 17 February 2026.
