On Monday 19 October 2020, the Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS) interviewed Dr. Dusan Licina (HOBEL) about his research on airborne aerosol transmission in buildings and potential implication for the Covid-19 transmission. Two important questions were discussed – what are the key mechanisms of virus transmission from one person to another? And how do we put building controls in place in order to reduce the risk of transmission? Special attention was given to importance of adequate and efficient ventilation, which we commonly neglect during the cold seasons.
