PVLab member Dr. Jan Haschke received Award at WCPEC-7

At the WCPEC-7 Jan Haschke et al. received the Best Poster Award in “Area 4: Silicon Material: Feedstock, Wafers and Films” for their work on “Silicon Heterojunction Solar Cells on Quasi-mono Wafers” presenting a world record efficiency of 22.6% for casted n-type silicon absorber material.
