Professorship for Dr. Saber Salehkaleybar at Leiden University

Dr. Saber Salehkaleybar, currently scientific collaborateur with Prof. Negar Kiyavash, will be joining the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS) in January 2024 as Assistant-Professor.
Saber is currently a scientific collaborator at EPFL in the Chair of Business Analytics with Prof. Negar Kiyavash and in the Information and Network Dynamics (INDY) Laboratory with Prof. Patrick Thiran. Prior to that, he was a faculty member in the Electrical Engineering department at Sharif University from 2017 to 2021. During 2016-2017, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Coordinated Science Laboratory (CSL) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
His research mainly focuses on causal inference, stochastic optimization, and reinforcement learning.
