Prof. Marc Parlange is awarded the 2009 Hydrologic Science Award.
11.12.2009 This year's Hydrologic Science award goes to Prof. Marc Parlange (EFLUM - Laboratory of Environmental Fluid Mechanics and Hydrology), who recently ended an outstanding period of service as Editor-in-Chief of Water Resources Research. Prof. Parlange is cited for his pioneering contributions in developing the field of environmental fluid mechanics for the study of the atmospheric boundary layer and land-atmosphere interaction. He will receive the award during the Hydrology Luncheon.
