Prof. Lignos gives invited presentation in the 7th Kwang-Hua Forum

Professor Lignos gave an invited presentation during the 7th Kwang-Hua Forum on Innovations and Implementations in Earthquake Engineering Research. The title of his presentation was "Recent Advancements in Seismic Design and Nonlinear Modelling of Steel Columns for Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering".
The 7th Kwang-Hua Forum on Innovations and Implementations in Earthquake Engineering Research took place in December 9-11, 2016 in Shanghai China. The forum was hosted by the State Key Laboratory of Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, the International Joint Research Laboratory of Earthquake Engineering and Tongji University. The objective of the event was to provide a forum for experts around the world to present and exchange recent progress in Earthquake Engineering. The forum also aimed to promote the international collaborationon how to achieve practical engineering implementation through planning, design, construction, maintenance, hazard mitigation and retrofitting.
