Prof. Foray meets Angela Merkel

Dominique Foray who is part of the German Commission of Experts for Research and Innovation had the honor of meeting the German chancellor Angela Merkel to present the 7th German report of the commission.
Since May 2013, Dominique Foray is a member of the Commission of Experts for Research and Innovation (EFI) in order to provide scientific advice to the German Federal Government. The role of the members of the commission is to provide scientific advice to the German Federal Government and to also periodically deliver reports on research, innovation and technological productivity in Germany. A key task is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the German innovation system in an international comparison. The English report will be published in June 2014.
