Poster Prize for Dr. Ellen Fogh at the HFM22 Conference.

Dr. Ellen Fogh from LQM has received the poster prize at the Highly Frustrated Magnetism 2022 conference, held this June at the Sorbonne University, in Paris.

She studied different quantum magnetic phases of strontium copper borate by performing neutron scattering experiments under extreme conditions such as high pressure and high magnetic fields. The experimental results are invaluable input to theoretical calculations and to gain a better understanding of many-body quantum models. Her work is supported by the ERC Synergy Grant HERO.
