Poseidon's Support during Covid-19
As our service is closed in EPFL buildings (MA, RLC), during this period that we are currently dealing with Covid-19, we offer remote support services using Teamviewer software.
We will take care of incidents concerning software problems as best as possible.
Hardware problems are more difficult (if not impossible) to deal with it remotely, but we will guide you as best as possible in the diagnosis for this kind of failure.
And offcourse, Our catalog of laptops offers is still available!
