A new digital collection is now accessible via the MorphéPlus online portal of the Archives de la construction moderne. The collection comprises digitised documents from the Pierre Zoelly Collection, including preliminary sketches and design and execution plans for the temporary Sévelin railway station in Lausanne. The station, designed by Zurich architect Pierre Zoelly between 1961 and 1964 for the 1964 Swiss National Exhibition, represents a remarkable example of the innovative architecture of the time. Its distinctive design features two flattened vaults suspended by metal cables, situated between Lausanne's central station and Renens.
