Congratulations to Sarah Petry
Sarah defended her PhD thesis "Force-displacement response of unreinforced masonry walls for seismic design" very successfully. The members of her committee were Prof. E. Fehling (University of Kassel, Germany), Prof. A. Penna (University of Pavia, Italy), Prof. E. Brühwiler (EPFL), Prof. R. Bernier-Latmani (EPFL, exam president) and Katrin Beyer (PhD advisor). Sarah's public defense will take place on Feburary 20, 2015.
