Petites histoires criminelles - Exhibition
The EPFL Library invites you to have a look at the exhibition “Petites histoires criminelles”, currently displayed in the ancient books showcases of the Rolex Learning Center during September and October 2015.
The first display case gathers objects and documents borrowed from the museum of the l’Institut de Police Scientifique (Criminal Science School). Some of these pieces are unique evidence collected during police investigations. The Komarec case (production of counterfeit coins), the Seewer case (murder by cold weapon) and the Baatard case (letter bomb attack) are to be discovered amongst others.
On another topic, the second display case is dedicated to the very famous detective Sherlock Holmes, but also to his author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle thanks to the gracefully lend objects by the Sherlock Holmes Museum of Lucens.
Check out the exhibition’s website.
