Dynamic Modeling of Magnetic Components for Circuit Simulations of Power Electronic Systems
Mr. Min Luo has succesfully defended his PhD thesis, titled "Dynamic Modeling of Magnetic Components for Circuit Simulations of Power Electronic Systems". The examination committee was composed of: Prof. Jürgen Biela (ETHZ, Switzerland), Dr. Bernhard Wunsch (ABB, Switzerland), Prof. Alfred Rufer (EPFL, Switzerland) and supported by Dr. Rachid Cherkaoui (EPFL, Switzerland). Thesis deals with advanced modelling of magnetic components for fast electric circuit simulations. The research work has been sponsored in part by PLEXIM GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland and in part by European Center for Power Electronics - ECPE.
Min is with PLEXIM in Zurich, Switzerland working on development of simulation tools (PLECS) for power electronics.
