On the Features and Performances of Converters in Hybrid AC/DC Microgrids
Mr. Jules Mace has successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis, titled "On the Features and Performances of Converters in Hybrid AC/DC Microgrids". The examination committee was composed of Prof. Alfred Rufer (EPFL, Switzerland), Dr. Obrad Djordjevic (Liverpool John Moores University, UK), Dr. Francisco Freijedo (HUAWEI, Germany), and supported by Prof. Silvestro Micera (EPFL, Switzerland). The thesis deals with the modeling and management of the power electronics converters in AC/DC microgrids. The research work is conducted within the EU project HYPERRIDE.
