As from January 1st, 2014, you can publish at no cost in the journals listed below AND your article will be accessible online without any restrictions!
Within the SCOAP3 project, initiated and led by CERN, the libraries, in co-operation with the project’s publishing partners, support publishing at no cost.
All articles will be available on the publishers’ platforms and in the CERN’s open SCOAP3 Repository, which grants a permanent archiving.
The copyright stays with the authors and all articles are published under a CC-BY license
