Happy to share our new article 'Bifacial perovskite/silicon heterojunction tandem solar cells based on FAPbI3-based perovskite via hybrid evaporation-spin coating' published in Nano Energy.
Highlights from the article;
- Highly efficient (>20 %) and stable (T80 ∼ 720 h) FAPbI3-based perovskites via evaporation-solution method were prepared.
- Organo-halide solution concentration and SAM layer were optimized for well-converted films.
- Effect of under-/over-conversion conditions on optoelectrical and device properties were discussed.
- FAPbI3-based perovskite/silicon bifacial tandem shows 27 mW/cm2 power output with 15 % albedo.
