Overcome car addiction

The car remains the preferred means of private travel. In France, 80 to 85% of households have one. However, achieving the objectives set by the Paris agreement requires a fairly massive shift from travel to the use of other means of transport. Vincent Kaufmann was invited to France Inter to discuss it.
