Would you like to discover the main stages of medical training and immerse yourself in the daily practice of hospital physicians? This week is designed for you!
Intended for non-clinical professionals and researchers working in the health sector, this program offers a comprehensive overview of medical disciplines and provides solid knowledge of clinical practice.
Many renowned speakers from HUG and UNIGE will share their expertise through dynamic lectures and clinical case studies. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in hands-on workshops with simulated patients and mannequins, as well as a half-day of shadowing in hospital departments for a truly immersive experience.

Date: 17 - 21 November 2025
Venue: Centre Medical Universitaire (CMU) and Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG)
Lunch break: lunch offered on site to participants
Timetable: Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm or 5.15pm with a lunch break from 12.15pm to 1.30pm
The course will be conducted in French.
Credits
Credits: The full week of the course enables 2 ECTS credits to be validated (participants must nevertheless check with their own doctoral programme that it recognises and validates these 2 ECTS credits).
Note: This course does not offer BLS certification or any other medical qualification.
