Chuang obtained his Bachelor's degree in Transportation from Shijiazhuang Tiedao University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Beijing Jiaotong University through the Integrated Master's and Ph.D. Program. During his master's studies, he specialized in Transportation Planning and Management, and his doctoral studies focus on the same field. His research focuses on optimizing public transit operations to enhance service efficiency and passenger satisfaction. Chuang will visit HOMES for a period of twelve months to explore collaborative opportunities and broaden his research perspectives.
