NanoFrazor Workshop 2026

Last week, on April 28th, the NanoFrazor Workshop took place at EPFL, hosted by LMIS1. The event showcased the latest Decapede technology, featuring 10 parallel writing tips for significantly increased throughput without compromising nanoscale precision.

The morning session included expert talks from the CTO and engineering team at Heidelberg Instruments Nano, alongside Prof. Jürgen Brugger and PhD student Chenhao Wang. Recent results and application insights were presented, highlighting the capabilities and future potential of this advanced technology.

In the afternoon, participants attended a live tool demonstration, followed by in-depth technical discussions and direct interaction with application and technology experts. These exchanges were highly helpful and insightful for all users, providing a valuable platform for learning and collaboration.

As the hosting laboratory, LMIS1 was pleased to welcome researchers and users for this event, facilitating knowledge exchange on cutting-edge nanofabrication developments.
