LMIS1 has recently participated to the 7th Thermal Probe Workshop at Heidelberg Instruments Nano in Zurich. Prof. Brugger presented 30 years of hot tip nanoengineering, while Berke Erbas, PhD student at LMIS1, contributed with a poster on nanofabrication of 2D material-based devices.

This year, the 7th edition of the Therma Probe Workshop has taken place in Zurich, from March 14th to 16th. The initiative brings together nanofabrication experts and enthusiasts from all over the world for two days of talks, posters and discussions in Zürich, Switzerland. Nanostructures through creative fabrication methods, and a variety of applications have been presented in a series of talks, poster presentations.

LMIS1 has participated to the 7th edition by means of an invited talk by Prof. Brugger, about 30 years of hot tip nanoengineering, and a poster presentation by Berke Erbas, PhD student at LMIS1, dealing with nanofabrication of 2D material-based devices.
