Pierrick Clément, postdoc at LMIS1, recently participated to 2021 NanoBioTech-Montreux conference, giving a picth-like oral presentation about novel solution processable carbon nanotubes-based biosensors.

Pierrick Clément, postdoc at LMIS1, gave a picth-like oral presentation at NanoBioTech-Montreux, an international conference organised by the NanoBioTech Association in the Suisse town of Montreux, this year held in person between November 15-17 and dealing with cutting-edge topics in the fields of Micro- and Nanotechnology and Biological and Medical applications.

In his presentation, Pierrick showed our results in the fabrication of solution processable DNA-wrapped SWCNTs, aiming to be used in field effect configuration for microfluidic biosensing. His research proved the feasability of fast, reversible and real-time sensing of neurotransmitters in high-ionic strength solution, paving the way to next-generation nanoscale diagnostic tests
