LIONS in spotlight @ NIPS2018

Three papers from LIONS lab have been accepted to the thirty-Second Annual Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems conference (NIPS 2018). This year NIPS conference received a record-breaking 4856 submissions of which 1011 were accepted (including 30 orals and 168 spotlights).

Three papers from LIONS lab have been accepted to the thirty-Second Annual Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems conference (NIPS 2018). This year NIPS conference received a record-breaking 4856 submissions of which 1011 were accepted (including 30 orals and 168 spotlights).

The title of the papers are as follows: (1) “Adversarially Robust Optimization with Gaussian Processes” by Ilija Bogunovic, Jonathan Scarlett, Stefanie Jegelka, Volkan Cevher, (2) “Mirrored Langevin Dynamics” by Ya-Ping Hsieh, Ali Kavis, Paul Rolland, Volkan Cevher and (3) “Online Adaptive Methods, Universality and Acceleration” by Kfir Y. Levy, Alp Yurtsever, Volkan Cevher.

The first two papers have been accepted as spotlights, paper number (3) has been accepted as poster.

The conference will be held in Palais de Congrès in Montreal, Canada, from 3-8 December 2018.
