Louise De Cian (3rd year PhD) and Waygen Thor (Postdoc) attended the PSCO conference in Lausanne last week, representing the lab at one of the key gatherings in the perovskite and semiconductor community.

PSCO (Perovskite Solar Cells and Optoelectronics), is an annual conference dedicated to the science and engineering of perovskite materials, bringing together researchers working across the full spectrum from fundamental understanding to device integration. It covers topics ranging from stability and defect chemistry to new material architectures and optoelectronic applications. Being held in Lausanne this year, it was a particularly convenient occasion for LIMNO to have a presence.

Over the course of three days, Louise and Waygen had the opportunity to attend a packed program of presentations and to engage with the perovskite community. Waygen presented his work on spacer engineering strategies for integrating bulky semiconducting ligands into layered perovskites, and Louise gave a presentation on her research on layered double perovskites. Well done to both of them for representing LIMNO at this year's edition.
