Keynote lecture by Prof. Laloui at ECSMGE 2019 in Iceland

Professor Lyesse Laloui will deliver a keynote lecture at XVII European Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering, to be held from September 1st to 6th, 2019, in Reykjavik, Iceland.
ECSMGE is a distinguished series of conferences organized every four years, gathering more than 1000 participants in the field of geotechnical engineering. The theme of the upcoming edition is “Geotechnical Engineering, Foundation of the Future”, which embraces all aspects of geotechnical engineering as being the foundation of current as well as future societies.
ECSMGE-2019 draws attention to the importance of geotechnical engineering, which is the key to a safe and sustainable infrastructure and of importance for the society, economy and the environment.
