Karen Gemayel continues in LBE as a research assistant

After finishing her Master’s project in Environmental Engineering entitled ‘Quantifying Bacterial Structure of Aerobic Sludge Granules (AGS) using Image Analysis’ at LBE, Karen will continue working with Prof Holliger and Arnaud Gelb on the same topic. The new project is a continuation of the PdM and entails applying the previously developed image analysis program on large batches of images to obtain statistically coherent quantitative descriptions of bacterial structure in AGS.
