In a world brimming with possibilities, young minds are often the catalysts for innovation and change. The "Journée Osez les Métiers" initiative is a testament to the belief that fostering curiosity and breaking down traditional career stereotypes are essential for shaping a diverse and inclusive future.

Exploration of Varied Themes:

The heart of the initiative lies in the diverse themes chosen by the young participants. Ranging from the mesmerizing shapes of a snowflakes to mighty volcanoes and how to use scratch to learn how to code – each child selected a theme close to their heart. This personalized approach not only enhances their engagement but also encourages a unique perspective on the chosen subject.

Educational Scenario and Pre-production:

The pivotal pre-production phase involved each child crafting an educational scenario, breaking down their explanations into scenes. The objective was clear – to provide a structured framework that seamlessly integrates pictures, video of young participants, and text, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. This phase is the bedrock of the entire process, setting the stage for the subsequent stages of production.

Production in the Digital Education Realm:

Once the scripts were validated, the young minds were welcomed into the recording studio at the Centre of Digital Education. Here, they translated their imaginative scenarios into tangible online videos. The use of cutting-edge technology, such as interactive tablets and prompters, facilitated a smooth production process. The incorporation of a green background allowed each child to witness their educational narrative come to life around them, ensuring the vision of the young creators was realized.

The Significance of "Journée Osez les Métiers":

The "Journée Osez les Métiers" initiative holds immense significance for the EXAF centre and the broader educational landscape. It goes beyond the traditional career day format, encouraging children to envision a future unbound by gender stereotypes. By introducing them to the principles and tasks of e-learning, the initiative not only promotes equality in the workplace but also equips the younger generation with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.
